Gucci Takes The First Bite Out of My Spring Summer 2009 Shopping Budget...
I am adopting the 'focused shopping strategy' that most of you voted for on the online survey here. So yes, a budget and look has been set. Like I mentioned before, anything resort holiday will be the theme I am going for next spring summer 2009.
Looks like I took an advance from my spring summer budget to get something from Gucci yesterday. I had planned not to buy anything except only after Dec, where my shopping budget commences. But fates has it that something I cannot pass up from Gucci arrives this week and I need to take an 'advance' from next year's shopping budget to buy this! I am the among the first to get this in Singapore, thanks to Willis from Gucci. If not for him, I probably will not be able to make the purchase as this item has not been launched yet so you will not find these displayed in the stores. I love being the first to shop!:-)

(I do feel guilty for shopping week after week in this economic climate. But since I did 'poorly' for Club 21's sale...that is a consolation I am not impacting my spring summer shopping budget, which I have to admit has been adjusted downwards. That is why careful planning is needed:-) Will do a 'My MANy Wants Next Season' post later! Share with you guys what I am eyeing on...potential shopping buys.)
