Mulberry Fall Winter 2010 Women's Bags
Here's some close up pics of the bags that were presented on the recent Mulberry Fall Winter 2010 Womenswear Show in the recent NY Fashion Week. Lots of clutches with chain handles and Alexa Bag given new interpretations. Shimmery leather is also a prevailing trend for next fall's Mulberry bags. Mulberry girl is totally spoiled for Autumn/Winter 2010 with gorgeous new updates of all our favourite bags including the ALEXA, BAYSWATER, MITZY and DARIA, as well as to-die-for new families of must-have bags; the LILY, MARGARET, LIZZIE and NEELY. The season’s catwalk accessories are channeling the faded glamour and posh, yet naughty, mood with tongue-in-cheek twists and exquisite details.
GRETA is our fabulous new group in Oak, Midnight Blue, Black, Plum and Hammered Gold soft Lambskin. Effortlessly unselfconscious Mulberry silhouettes are the multi-functional, slouchy Satchel, Tote, Mini Tote, and the perfectly proportioned Hobo. All feature exquisite detailing of multi-studded handles, shaped front seams and jumbo, oversized accent tassels.
EDNA is the gorgeous, regally inspired, yet inherently Mulberry, group in two classic Mulberry styles; a Shoulder Flap and a Drawstring Bag. Each is reinvented in a mini and maxi style and adorned with a multi-charmed chain shoulder strap, which can be removed to use as a charm necklace! Edna comes in Tomato Red and Camel Lambskin and a gorgeous, Gold crosshatched Metallic.
Fabulously updated for the season, DARIA is drop-dead gorgeous in an Ostrich Printed Velvet, in regal Grape and Anthracite, as well as Toffee Soft Calf and Hammered Gold Cosmic Ostrich! The OVERSIZED AVA in Black, Steel and Plum Suede has also been updated and is dotted with Creased Rivets, a perfect friend to our super-posh tailored jackets, also adorned with Creased Rivet Buttons.
MITZY gets glitzy for the season in Black and Plum super-soft Glitter Leather; while Alexa gets even more gorgeous in Gumetal Sparkle Tweed, Loopy Leopard Quilted Denim, Loopy Leopard Suede, the Softest Shearling Leopard and in Mini-Spot Leopard Patent!
Our favourite Mulberry icons, the BAYSWATER and new additions, the LILY and POSTMAN’S LOCK SHOULDER BAG, are reinvented and made even more fabulous in the softest Giant Natural Leopard Haircalf, with our witty Loopy Leopard Gold Metal Plaque detailing. The group also comes in Anthracite or Hammered Gold Cosmic Ostrich and Python, Astracan Printed Haircalf and Gunmetal Sparkle Tweed!
