D&G Spring Summer 2010 Men's And Women's Accessories And Bags
Fan boys and girls of D&G rejoice! I just got the press kit for D&G's SS2010 collection pieces, just in time for the opening of the new flagship store at Mandarin Gallery, Singapore. The more youthful and upbeat line has just opened its doors this week and promises to reinvent your D&G shopping experience in Singapore and Asia (it's the biggest!). Once I get the official pictures of the store interiors, will post here:-)
So what is awaiting you in the new flagship? Well, prep your riding girdles and get transported to the era of cowboys and cowgirls... Sassy rodeo chic, given a modern metropolitan spin. Distressed denim, vintage finishes, lots of brown hues and even triomphe l'oeil effects... the collection is highly wearable and fun.
My picks for the season:
1) Light-weight cotton t-shirts and tank tops with cute western inspired prints (of cowboy boots, hats, bison horns) is key for these recent hot Singapore weather!
2) Vintage inspired cowboy boots in burnt cognac coloured leather, embellished with studs are hot, for both gals and boys. For a fun take, wear with short denim ruffle skirts for girls or knee length denim trousers for boys. A fun look that will get all eyes on you.
3) For a more formal getup, dress smart in a tan velvet tuxedo blazer for the gentleman, but matched a denim shirt and bowtie under, for an indifferent sartorial suaveness. As for ladies, a boyfriend blazer and denim is sure to power up your presence.
What are you waiting for, gallop down to D&G's new Mandarin Gallery store now!
