"Drop Twenty Soldier!" : Vogue Paris September Issue

For those of you proudly serving your country, have you ever wished your officer in charge is as hot and sexy as Natasha Poly? Or for that matter, if you are an officer, would you want your recruits to be as hunky as Jamie Dornan?

French Vogue is fulfilling your 'fantasies' with this incredibly engaging story for their September issue, which mixes high fashion with a bit of perversion. Who else can hold their ground in photographing and balancing high style with a sexually charged context better than 'Uncle' Terry Richardson? Uncle Terry's style is instantly recognisable in the editorial.

Balmain seems to be the hot favourite in terms of styling choices, with belts, jackets from the fall winter 2010 collection appearing in majority of the spreads.

In the end, the story takes a turn as the hot female officer gets 'smooched' by her male counterpart with some 'restricted audience' moments. Unfortunately, I have to blur off the critical areas. This is PG blog. But in the name of high fashion, u just have to use a little imagination. Whether it's a bold editorial, with a fun twist or simply distasteful. I leave it up to you. Fashion is democratic.

Why are you doing this to yourself Mat?!?!? You used to be one of my favourite male models, especially after seeing your beautiful shots in a several Gucci's ad campaigns. And now, you went and did this series of awkard looking shots for Desigual? Just look at that ultra cheesy, not to mention sleazy picture of you with nothing but the bags. Yikes, that 'lecherous' grin on the face, what were you thinking? 'Tsk tsk'...I hope you are not 'murdering' your own career...

Garrett Neff In 'Navy Summer'

On an insanely busy wednesday afternoon, I need a bit of a distraction from work. And it could not have come better that a fashion editorial, named 'Navy Summer' starring one of the hottest faces of the male modelling world...Garrett Neff! Ever since he appeared in Calvin Klein's latest male fragrance, MAN, I have been smitten by his super ribbed abs and darn good looking face:-P

In this fashion editorial for GQ Japan, laid-back summer is personified by the super hot Garrett Neff! Beautifully photographed by Alexi Lubormirski, we see Garrett pulling off relaxed styles (centered around Navy colour) as inspired by the different times of the day in a modern man's life:-) From waking up, to shopping on the streets, getting off work and gym...there is no excuse for shortchanging any good sense of style any time of the day!

Simple and effortless chic is the way to go:-) Of course, those hot man bags and Garrett being extremely pleasing to the eye helps:-)

My favourite shot, as you may have guessed...is of course him 'frolicking' in bed, reading newspaper in his cute glasses. Sexy:-P

Sebastian Lund - Scoop Models

My current favourite male model...Sebastian Lund. He's danish, and younger brother of model, Jesper Lund. Good genes do run in the family. The parents must be very proud:-P

I cannot help but be blown away by his cute boyish looks and of course almost perfect slim and lean muscled body. He looks great in many different styles too, from sexy D&G looks to edgy, 'nerdy' CK Calvin Klein or simply looking mesmerising with those piercing eyes:-)

Looking forward to see where this guy's career will sky rocket to! Keep up the great work, Sebastian!

New Hunk For Boss By Hugo Boss Fragrance - Marius Hordijk

Boss By Hugo Boss fragrance is one of the hottest and my favourite TV commercial for men's fragrance. It all started with Alex Lundqvist, one of the top 90's super male models. The TVC has a simple idea. It depicts a hottie getting ready for the day. Sexy scenes of him getting out of bed and then the showers...a good excuse to show some flesh and ending with him dressing impeccably before he steps out of the house. All this scenes paints an image of successful, handsome, young professionals having it all in life. Fragrance ads thrives on creating aspirations with the audience, a lust for the dream lifestyle that may or may not happen in reality. It's effective and it worked for me in the very least. I bought the fragrance upon first seeing the ad.:-)

Eventually, Alex grew out of favour of the audience (getting old..it's a cruel world out there) and his successor was another eye candy Gabriel Aubry (his beau is beautiful Halle Berry, I assume their baby will grow up to be creme de la creme of beauty since both parents look so gorgeous). For Gabriel's version, the same scenes are reshot to look more contemporary, but still as 'provocative' and hot!

And now with an almost 6 years lapse, my new favourite...Marius Hordijk starring in his the new version of the Boss commercial. Check him out...I got adrenalin pumping with the first few scenes of him just out of the showers. Love he enters the 'holey moley-I am drooling' huge walk-in closet, wearing his towel very low on his waist:-P Yum. I think the ad just rekindle my interest in the fragrance:-P Me want to smell like Boss again. I am easily 'persuaded' by hot models in sexy TVCs.:-P Just like Jamie Dornan's Dior Homme Fragrance commercial.

Hedi Slimane did a photoshoot on male supermodels of yester-years for Vogue Homme recently. Look what time has done to these once gorgeous hunks we adored... Seems the female supermodels like Claudia, Linda, Naomi have fared better. Thanks to Sean's post for hitting my alarm to be more vigilant about my 'maintanence' routine.
