Below: Apparently, George Craig was in Burberry's Spring Summer 2010 Ad Campaign... such beautiful melancholic eyes:-)

Exclusive Video Of George Craig (One Night Only) for Burberry's 'London's Fashion Night Out', 8 Sep 2010

Check out this new video under the music initiative of Burberry Acoustic featuring Indie Band 'One Night Only' member, George Craig performing for London Fashion's Night Out last evening. Walking down Bond Street towards Burberry's Bond Street Store... it's such a trip down memory lane watching the video, where I was just there last year for Burberry's show:-) (Unfortunately, I had to turn down the invitation this year. Next season Burberry, I hope to make it!:-P)

I miss London. Meanwhile, savour the mesmerisng vocals and sounds of the song 'Chemistry' while taking in the sights and sounds of last night's major worldwide fashion event. I love the crowd cheer at the end of the video!:-P Who attended? Share your experience here!

Fashion week frenzy is drawing near!

My MANy Life's Inspirations #11

Below: Jason Brooks' very sexy illustrated album cover...no one draws it as good as him...

Hed Kandi Beach House 2009

I am a huge fan of beach themed grooves. And Hed Kandi's Beach House is the ultimate indispensible sundrenched summer listening. Soulful tunes that is inspired by chic beach mansions and hotels from St Tropez to Bali. These are music to lounge to from sunrise to sundown, best played at a comfortable volume from the pool area of your beach front retreat. Of course, always complimented by the gentle sounds of waves kissing at a nearby crescent shores. Needless to say, clad up in the trendiest togs from Prada to Balmain while you groove away for pure chic bliss!

My favourite track from this 2009 album has to be my favourite group, Afterlife's Fantasy. The kind of sultry dreamy piece that makes you feel sensual and want grind some bodies at the nearest dancefloor:-P

Quoting from the album cover "...the beach is your catwalk, the harbour is your dancefloor..." If you are fond of 'sand dunes and salty air', then this album is for you.

Excuse me, I am off to my imaginary Balearic beach vacation...

My MANy Life's Inspirations #02

Below: Kandi Lounge 2008....No one captures the allure of stylish sounds better than
Hed Kandi...as well as Jason Brook's sexy illustration of the fashionable folks
who groove to these music on the album cover.

Kandi Lounge 2008

Beyond the dance rhythms Hed Kandi has brought to clubbing fans around the world comes a new series developed just for the more laid back, low slung grooves much needed for recovery from strenuous dancefloor activities. Kandi Lounge is just the place where bar culture-style soulful offerings meets sub dancefloor Sunday afternoon house. Sometimes kitsch, sometimes quirky, but always spot on in terms of cool. These are music that lets you chill with a martini, dress to kill and sway to the sultry grooves and sexy ambience. The gorgeous album cover illustration by famed Jason Brooks says it all.

2 CDs in this album. Come with a range of genre of cool sounds. I love the first track of CD1, 'Morning Child' by 4Hero which typifies the Kandi Lounge, somewhat current, somewhat retro. It's a good song to start your morning. I also adore the much stripped down version of Andy Caldwell's 'I can't wait'...the guitar arrangement lends a soothing, chillout mood to an afternoon of day dreaming. CD2 has an amazing track 'Midnight Love'...romantic and dreamy, that gets you spirited away down the highway in your porsche against the backdrop of New York's sky scrappers:-)

Fashion needs music. Inspiration needs groove. Music is part of life.
