Notting Hill and Me

Notting Hill, the trendy area of London notably made famous by the film starring Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts, is one of the most colorful and busiest areas of London. Portobello Road, which runs almost the whole length of Notting Hill, houses one of the most famous markets in the world where you can find anything from vintage clothes, books, jewelry, hats, to fruit and veggies, fish, ribbons and buttons. There are loads of stalls and friendly vendors, all selling their goods in their best cockney English accents. I stumbled upon a stall filled with vintage ribbons and fabric, and needless to say I moved in for the day.
